Miss South Africa Zozibini Tunzi who hails from the Eastern Cape has won the Miss Universe 2019 competition. Puerto Rico’s Madison Anderson took first princess, and Mexico’s Sofia Aragón second.
Catriona Gray from the Philippiness crowned her successor at the Tyler Perry Studios in Atlanta, Georgia in the United States.
89 women from around the world took part in the competition.
